Super Eli is such a great helper with Isaac. When we're in the car now...Eli can reach Isaac and keep his pacifier in his mouth. He's so proud to be such a great helper! Christopher decided today that he was going to take a walk to get a friend down the road...and he invited Eli to come along. Now..Christopher is a great big brother...but, not usually this great! Well, Chris wanted Eli to drive his Escalade so that they could listen to the cd player!!! Eli was SO HAPPY to go and be used in that capacity!!! Thank goodness I told the boys to take their cell phone...because they did indeed call. Eli's battery went dead on their way back and I had to rescue them! That was their adventure for the day! (One a day is enough for me!)

We finally had Super Eli's birthday party!!! He got star war toys, simpson toys, cds, tickets to the Blue Man Group, and the GREAT ESCALADE!!! Joe probably got 5 hours of sleep all weekend long working on it! He installed headlight, tail-lights, a cd player, and a horn that has 50 different sounds and a microphone! Eli was SO EXCITED! He drove around the cul-de-sac forEVER! (Chris even joined in on the fun and wanted to ride!). Enjoy the slide show...from the installation process that Joe had to endure, the end product, the opening of presents, the first ride, and father's day! What a packed day!!!

No new pictures for Eli today either (because Isaac was a handful and the battery went dead!). I did take him to the store tonight to spend some of his birthday money...but, he only spent $7 for a spiderman figure!!! He's getting a little bored with me...so, I know he can't wait for Chris to get home!!! He's snuggled in bed watching spongebob!! I hope he got a chance to call all of you and tell you about his missing tooth. He had to show it off to the medical supply lady that brought Isaac's oxygen tanks!! (She was soo sweet oohhhing and ahhhing over it for him...he seemed so pleased!)

ELI lost his FIRST tooth!!! He's been wiggling it for a few days...and this afternoon, he stayed in front of the mirror until he pulled it out! It's too soon for him to lose a tooth...next he'll start shaving, and then try bringing ladies home!!! (this is all happening too fast!). Eli had his well check up today at the doctors...and he's fine. No shots were needed (and Eli rejoiced!) and he weighed it at 39 pounds!! Aunt Cindy sent him a birthday box full of fun spiderman toys...and he was in heaven! He's got a wallet full of birthday cash...and he's dying to go shopping! (I'll give Joe that job this weekend!). We didn't get a chance to pull out his camera today...I'm working on it...patience!

I'm sorry Eli...you'll have a FABULOUS birthday this weekend when everyone is back in town!!! He has no idea that he's getting a MAC-DADDY Escalade ( with a Joe Roller Exclusive sound system installed), star wars toys, and 3rd row tickets to see the Blue Man Group...(he's been waiting for 2 years to be old enough to go!!...I just wish that we could all be there to see the look on his face!). It's really funny...he doesn't like loud music, so we'll need to get him head-phones to wear!! Eli got a camera from Grandma Judy...so, I'll start letting him take the pictures and post them....If I was a better home-school momma...he would already be typing to you...
